“In and out day!” Mum’s before and after quadruplets photos are a must-see
Mum Lindsay Hay has celebrated her thriving quadruplets (yep, you read that right!) with a pair of gorgeous “in and out day” photos.

Life after loss
Lindsay discovered the amazing news that she was pregnant with a quadruplets after suffering a series of miscarriages.
Considering this couple’s history of loss, worried doctors suggested Lindsay and her husband, Syman reduce the pregnancy to fewer babies to give everyone the best chance of doing well.
“It was very somber in that ultrasound room,” Lindsay told Today when she spoke to them about her odds-defying babies.
“I’m 5-foot-2 and was about 115 pounds at the time and they said my body wouldn’t be able to handle it. They were very adamant about it being unsafe.”
Beating the odds
Unwilling to suffer any further loss, the couple pushed on with their miracle four-baby pregnancy and — amazingly — all the babies survived.
Tiny Caiden Michael, Madison Grace, Lucas Willam and Grayson James were born in July of 2019 at 30 weeks gestation. The quads spent 45 days in the NICU and were discharged after what Linsday says was an “uneventful” stay.
“They’re thriving,” a clearly thrilled Lindsay told Today.
Taking nothing for granted
Recently the proud mum-of-four shared a fresh instalment of amazing “in and out day” photos, revealing a little more about how she feels to go from losing several babies to … welcoming several all at once.
“IN and OUT DAY!” she captioned a pair of before and after pregnancy photos on Instagram. “I carried these sweet babies for 30 weeks and 4 days on the inside and here they are at 30 weeks and 4 days on the outside! Full hands, full heart is an understatement!”
“They have surpassed every hope and dream I had envisioned during my pregnancy and even though time is passing quickly I know the best is yet to be. Behind these babies are new marks, rolls, and skin you can’t see but they also came with new strengths I didn’t have before either. We have been so BLESSED and I won’t ever let myself take this life for granted.”
Huge congrats to this amazing family on their recent arrivals.
