True love: Khloe Kardashian just shared the cutest mother-daughter selfie
New mum Khloe Kardashian has been sharing glimpses of daughter True, the baby she shares with Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson, and the weekend’s photo was the first where mum and bub were both front and centre.
Mommy’s little love
“Mommy’s Little Love,” Khloe captioned an image of herself pouting into the camera, holding a sleeping 6-week-old True.
True was born on April 12, just a couple of days after it was revealed that Tristan – the man Khloe considered her absolute “true love” – had been pretty openly cheating on her with multiple women. Cavalier INDEED.
When the news broke, a shattered Khloe, who was 9 months pregnant and very far from her LA-based family awaiting her baby’s birth in Cleveland, went to ground.
Her mum, best friend and sisters promptly flew in to support her through the crisis and the birth and she’s remained in Cleveland ever since.

Khloe’s posted tentatively on her blog and social channels – discussing what motherhood means to her and posting cryptic quotes about love, kindness and gratitude – as she adjusts to a life that’s no doubt very different from what she must have imagined.
“Stay strong, Khloe”
It’s hardly surprising that Khloe’s been sporadic and hesitant with social media updates, as followers are very invested in what’s going on in her relationship. While so many of her fans are wishing her strength and happiness, the unsolicited advice – suggesting she dump Tristan – is also flowing thick and fast.
“You may never read this, but I am so proud and happy for you … Sure you’ll be an awesome mom. The unfortunate situation you inherited only makes you more of a super person! Blessed,” one fan wrote.
“Stay strong Khloe you are super awesome you have a super fam to help yeah, but set you and your lovely daughter on an awesome life adventure. You will never know how strong you are until you learn your own weaknesses. Love ya’ll,” another posted.
“Don’t stay where your heart doesn’t belong.You and your little baby deserve true love and be surrounded by real family. Let go the past, start a new chapter,” someone else advised.

“Everything gets twisted”
Khloe would prefer people keep their advice to themselves, writing on Twitter overnight that people should “focus on your own world” and that her time away from social media was a blessing.
“They love to give advice but are not living the advice that they are offering. Most of the ones giving advice are in no place to give anything at all. Focus on your own world. I’m sure there’s cracks there that need your attention. We all got em,” Khloe wrote.
“Misery loves company… people can’t stand for someone else to flourish and be happy. Nowadays people thrive off ones downfall rather than their success. Sadly.”
“Wild that people assume you’re speaking about something and they run with it. Anything and everything gets twisted into something it’s completely not. Lord, I’m remembering how much I loved my social media break LOL,” she tweeted.
Time will tell if Khloe does start that new chapter without Tristan, but at the moment they are apparently trying to put their relationship back together and make things work. Ponder that as you watch this video of True with the hiccups.
