Jessica Simpson just shared an adorable baby photo and we can’t handle the cute
Jessica Simpson gave birth to her third child – a little girl called Birdie Mae – back in March. Her little girl’s growing up speedily, as babies often do, and every photo the mum-of-three shares seems cuter than the last.
“Dimples and drool”
The latest Birdie post by Jess confirms that the wee girl’s adorable dimples are growing too.
While lots of photos of Birdie have shown her viewing the world a little suspiciously with a furrowed brow, the latest photo switches things up with a damp case of full-blown delight.
“Dimples & Drool #BirdieMae,” Jess posted alongside the photo of her daughter and the caption sums up this image pretty succinctly.
A turbaned Birdie can be seen happily snuggled in someone’s arms, busting out some joyful side-eye, wearing a big grin and blowing the odd bubble too.
Talk about multi-tasking!
“Truly a little dumplin'”
Birdie’s dimples are in absolutely fine form in this shot and honestly if you look up ‘stinkin’ cute’ in the dictionary this picture marks the page!
“Arm rolls and dimples! So squishy and delicious,” one Birdie fan posted.
“What a little doll baby!” someone else declared – and they’re not wrong.
“Omg!!!! She’s so stinking cute!” another follower gushed. (We told you!!)
“Birdie Mae you are truly a little dumplin’!” someone observant posted and look who doesn’t love dumplings?!
“Our perfect daughter”
Birdie was a total whopper when she was born, weighing in at almost 5 kilograms.
Her mum had endured a pretty difficult pregnancy, plagued by back pain, anxiety, a dose of bronchitis and extreme swelling. When her bub finally arrived everyone was understandably very, very relieved.
“We are so happy and proud to announce the birth of our perfect daughter, Birdie Mae Johnson,” Jess wrote in her Instagram birth announcement. “3.19.19. 10 pounds 13 ounces.”
Eric and Jess were already parents to six-year-old daughter Maxwell Drew and five-year-old Ace Knute when Birdie came along.
Despite previously saying their family was complete, the couple decided to go in for one last bub, rewarded with this gorgeous dimpled daughter.
