Kim Kardashian threw toddler Chicago an epic first birthday party
Just when you thought the Kardashians were running out of birthday themes, Kim and Kanye threw now one-year-old Chicago a gorgeous Alice in Wonderland party. Spoiler alert: it was amazing!

So what did Chicago’s first ever birthday party have on offer? So. Many. Over-the-top. Things! (Plus cute footage of Chi toddling around the place because … GROWING UP SO FAST!)
As party guests entered the garden-themed event, they ducked through a giant hedge with a gorgeous rose-festooned arch into Kim and Kanye’s home.
Little guests – such as Luna and Miles Stephens, the children of Chrissy Teigen and John Legend – were then greeted by amazingly-costumed actors playing Alice, the Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter. They headed past a wall of party favours and then navigated a maze to get to a room filled with activity-laden tables.
One table was set up with porcelain roses which party guests could paint red. Another table was at the ready with all the bits and bobs needed to create a mad hat.

Expectant parents Kim and Kanye didn’t stop there. There was a huge rosy floral and foliage installation in the middle of the party room and also a cute dining set-up in case wee guests wanted to slow down, sit and snack.
Outside was a bouncy castle and a giant game of chess, in case anyone needed a break from arts and crafts.
Chicago’s birthday cake was also Alice in Wonderland themed. It was topped with a teapot and featured a giant grinning Chesire cat. No KarJenner party is complete without the signature OTT dessert buffet laden with donuts, cake pops and macaron (to name but a few!) YUMMM.

All the parties for Chi
Apart from this amazing Alice party Chicago also had a much quieter family dinner with the KarJenner gang.
There were more gifts on hand at this more sedate event, with Kourtney turning up with an amazing toy ride-on Mercedes G Wagon for her adorable niece.
