John Legend crying over wife Chrissy Teigen will restore your faith in love
Oh. Gosh. John Legend presented his wife Chrissy Teigen with a Glamour Woman Of the Year award at a New York ceremony this week, and his speech is going viral for a super cute reason.

Yes, what he spoke about was brilliant, but it was also the heartfelt way he spoke that has everyone turning to mush.
Fighting tears, he stood on stage recounting a very recent occasion when Chrissy was battling imposter syndrome – and questioning her value.

“We were at this big event and she was crying in a dressing room because she felt so overwhelmed. She was in such illustrious company,” a very teary and emotional John told the assembled crowd.
“We were celebrating the Time 100 and she felt like she didn’t belong. Like she didn’t belong in the company of people like Oprah, Michelle Obama, Christine Lagarde.”
“Well I’m here to say that you belong here and I think it’s become very clear to Glamour Magazine and millions of people around the world that you are more than worthy of this honour tonight,” he continued as Chrissy stepped onto the stage – also sobbing – to accept her award.

“I hate you John”
The couple are parents to five-month-old son Miles and two-year-old daughter Luna, and Chrissy pretty much took up where John left off as she gave her Glamour speech (albeit even more emotionally!)
“I joke about it a lot, but I truly have the most incredible husband on the planet,” Chrissy began, clutching the microphone.
“You are our everything. You completely made me a woman. We’ve grown together. Our family’s grown together. Our careers have grown together,” she sobbed.
“This is so sappy. I’m sorry. I hate it. I didn’t cry during our wedding. Ughhh. I hate you John. I really do.”

People on Instagram could not get enough of this cute pair and their show of love, citing #couplesgoals and wondering when their John Legend was going to arrive.
“Wow I need a man that cries like this when he talks about me,” one fan wrote.
