700,000 Aussie kids’ birthdays have fallen during lockdown
If your child was disappointed to miss their birthday party this year, they’re not alone. According to the Bureau of Statistics a whopping 700, 000 children under six have had their big day fall during lockdown this year. Which means there’s been a lot of lost opportunities to enjoy birthday cake, pass-the-parcel and party hats.

But Yellow Wiggle, Emma Watkins is coming to the rescue! A mega-fan of birthday parties, she can’t wait to help every child who missed out on a party mark their birthday in a special way by attending her very special virtual celebration, and your child is invited!
Emma posted on Instagram to let her fans know about the event, using the hashtag #bowtifulparty along with several cute emojis including a goat.
Emma said, “Together we can make this the biggest, Bestest party ever! Can’t wait to see you all there!”
What can you expect at the virtual party?
There will be plenty of colourful decorations and props, making the party a truly celebratory scene for your child. Emma will host interactive games for kids to join in, sing songs, and we’re promised there’ll be a few extra surprises too.
