Lauren Conrad has just shared a photo of her newly minted family-of-four on Instagram, and it’s clear that privacy is top-of-mind for this high-profile mum.

Grateful for Charlie

Thanksgiving seemed the perfect occasion to give her followers a peek at baby Charlie — and reveal how lucky she felt.

“So much to be thankful for this year,” Lauren wrote on Instagram. “Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday!”

The shot shows the family with their backs to the camera, looking out to sea. Lauren’s holding baby Charlie and her husband —William Tell — carries the couple’s two-year-old son Liam on his shoulders.

Lauren’s fans loved this glimpse of baby Charlie and thought the photo was blinking adorable.

“This is so ethereal. Such a beautiful image of your growing family,” one fan wrote.

“LAWD! This is the most beautiful picture! Happy for you and your growing family – such a gift,” another posted.

Lauren let the second baby news out of the bag in April with a bump shot on social media, explaining “it’s been hard to keep this one to myself! Very excited to share that our family will be getting a little bigger this year.”

“I’m definitely more tired”

This pregnancy was a little different to her first, Lauren said.

“The biggest thing [with this pregnancy] is that I already have a child this time. I’m definitely more tired. Pregnancy is much more difficult when you have a 2-year-old running around.”

Lauren and William welcomed baby Charlie back in October, with the former The Hills star breaking the news by sharing a hand-painted family portrait.

“Our sweet baby boy, Charlie Wolf Tell, has arrived!” she captioned the birth announcement.

These guys are very keen to preserve their baby’s anonymity for as long as possible; it would seem.

One day we might get to see his cute wee baby face!
