Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel’s baby boy is here!
Model and Kora Beauty boss, Miranda Kerr has given birth to a baby boy, her first with Snapchat co-founder, Evan Speigel.
A little Hart
Their little boy – apparently named Hart, according to US Weekly – was born on Tuesday 8 May. The couple have not shared any other details or images, as yet.
Miranda is already mum to seven-year-old Flynn, her son with ex-husband Orlando Bloom. Miranda and second hubby Evan wed at their home in Brentwood Los Angeles on May 27 2017, and began trying for a baby soon after.
“Honey, give it a minute!”
We’re certain Flynn is very excited to have a baby brother, as he had been lobbying for a sibling since well before the couple’s wedding last year.
“Evan and I had been together for a while,” Miranda recalled in a February interview, “and he was like, ‘When are we going to have another baby brother or sister?’ We were like, ‘Look, we’ve got to get married first!’”
Flynn waiting patiently for a number of weeks and then … “The day after the wedding, he comes running in, and he’s like, ‘Mummy, is it in there?’ I was like, ‘Honey, give it a minute!’”

All of the hormones
Miranda shared some of the details of her second pregnancy, noting she did not sail through it as easily as with her first.
“I have been getting hormonal headaches, which I never got with Flynn,” she said back in December.
“Apparently, my doctor said [with] the second pregnancy, your hormones kind of kick in a little stronger because they’re like, ‘Oh, yeah. I know what’s happening. I know what to do.’ So that’s probably why.”
Traditional approach
Miranda appears to have shifted her view of gender roles and marriage since she met Evan, towards the traditional, casting off her Victoria’s Secret roots for something she considers more “modest”.
She explained that she favoured a wedding dress “that fully covers you creates a sense of purity and mystery. I’ve had a lot of fun with fashion, and I used to be more wild, free, bohemian. But in this period of my life, my style is more pulled back.”
When asked about having babies with Evan during her engagement she told The Times, “not until after we get married. My partner is very traditional. We can’t … I mean we’re just … waiting.”
We can now confirm that the waiting is over, and baby Hart has arrived.
