Fifi Box shares a beautiful picture showing the moment she met little Daisy
Fifi Box gave birth to a beautiful baby girl this week, and the now mum-of-two has shared the beautiful picture taken just after her little bundle of joy made her entrance into the world.
“The moment I met my little Daisy angel,” wrote Fifi alongside the emotional snap.
“My heart just exploded”
Naturally, friends, family and fans sent out a wave of supportive comments to the little family.
“Extraordinary. I need another cuddle. What a honey,” wrote friend and The Project co-host, Carrie Bickmore.
Sally Obermeder chimed in saying what we are all thinking: “My heart just exploded.”
“Welcome to the world”
Fifi shared the news of Daisy’s birth on Instagram earlier this week with a gorgeous family photo, including big sister, six-year-old Trixie.
“Welcome to the world our beautiful little sweetheart Daisy Belle Box!!,” wrote Fifi. “And just like that our perfect little family became a whole lot ‘perfecter’. Trixie and I are so hopelessly in love with Daisy, we can’t wait to build our future with her, I am the luckiest mumma to be blessed with these two precious angels 💕💕💕.”
In heaven
Speaking to The Project last night, Fifi said she’s doing “great”.
“I’m in my heavenly, blissful, holding my beautiful baby girl in my arms. I haven’t slept for two days, and I’m trying to remind myself how to breastfeed.”
As for Trixie, Fifi said she has taken to the role of a big sister a little too well.
“Trixie’s loving it, Waleed,” she said. “She’s very hands on. I kid you not when Daisy was delivered; it took me two hours to get her back off Trixie.
“She’s decided that she’s her baby, so I missed out on some quality bonding time.
“I won’t lie, though, I was having a chat with my mum and dad, and then we looked over at the cot and Daisy wasn’t in it, and Trixie just walked off with her. So I realised I am going to have to watch my six-year-old.”
