Hilaria Baldwin celebrates making it to her second trimester with new bump shot
You may know that Hilaria and Alec Baldwin are soon to add another baby to their gang, this news made especially sweet considering the couple endured a miscarriage earlier this year.
Love after loss
Hilaria proudly but tentatively announced her pregnancy back in September and has been updating followers on her progress, determined to take them along for the ride, come what may.
She was only in the very early stages of her pregnancy, but reasoned that she didn’t want to have to hide what she was going through or dodge press who might try to capture photos of her.
Thankfully it turns out that things are looking GREAT with this baby, and Hilaria’s just ticked over into her second trimester this week, celebrating with an all-new bump pic.
Standing on the couch of the Baldwin living room – for reasons unexplained, but perhaps something about the lighting? – Hilaria shared her cute baby belly with her fans.
“Because this baby deserves belly pics too! GUYS!!!! I made it through my first trimester!!!” she wrote alongside the photo.
Alec and Hilaria are already parents to a bunch of cute kids together: six-year-old Carmen, four-year-old Rafael, three-year-old Leonardo and one-year-old Romeo.
Rainbow baby bump
Hilaria’s followers were delighted by this update and are thrilled things are going so swimmingly.
“Awww I remember my 5th baby/rainbow baby bump also. So sweet. I wish you the best!” one posted on Instagram, under Hil’s pic.
“Beautiful,” wrote another. “It’s funny how the more you have, the fewer bump pics you take.”
“Hooray! It’s such a good feeling to get through the first trimester with a rainbow baby. May everything go smoothly. My baby number 5 is a girl and she is love and light,” another fan posted.
“Congrats for persevering through so much! Inspiring,” someone else commented.
“Great news!! I can wait to see the little Baldwinito!!” one fan declared.
It’s not clear exactly when this baby is due, but based on the assumption that Hilaria is now almost 13 weeks pregnant, we’re thinking the last week of April sounds about right.
