This 4-year-old girl encouraging her dad to poop proves kids are the purest
When tummy troubles struck dad Clint Edwards, his little girl was on standby to talk him through his tricky sitch.
A run of bad lack
Clint and his family were on the way home from a funeral, when a trip to the petrol station to buy cornflakes took a turn for the worst. A very uncomfortable and extremely urgent Clint rushed to the restroom with his four-year-old in tow.
With nature taking its course very speedily the dad was left with no option but to take his daughter into the stall with him, what unfolded was nothing short of PURE.
Daughter Aspen began clapping her hands supportively and cheering him on. While the situation was not ideal, and in fact proved a little daunting for the four-year-old, she modelled behaviour her own parents had shown her – and enthusiastically cheered her dad on.
“Good job, Daddy! Good job! You make two poops! Now three poops! I’m four!”

“You’re doing it, Daddy! You’re doing it!”
No matter that bodily functions and toilet bowls were involved, young Aspen wanted her daddy to know that she believed in him and that he could make the magic happen.
“My 4yo daughter is the Richard Simmons of pooping,” Clint confirmed. “I’ve never felt so supported in anything in my whole life. She commented on the size, smell, and sound. ‘Wow!’ she said.”
“She commented on my work ethic. ‘You’re trying so hard!’ At one point I had to actually push her face away from the business end of things as she clapped and cried ‘You’re doing it, Daddy! You’re doing it!'”
Pooping, farting robot
Clint noted that the encouragement made him feel good about his own role in potty training his daughter, but the circumstances which saw the tables turn were a little challenging – and possibly hysterical for those that were accidentally party to it.
“I suppose she’s gotten used to the positive reinforcement Mel and I give her each time she goes.” Clint mused. “And when I’m cheering her on in our family restroom, it seems normal, even appropriate. But when the roles are reversed, it’s just, well, awkward. Particularly in a public restroom where the man in the stall next to me was obviously holding back tears of laughter. Laughter that busted loose when she called me a “pooping-farting robot.”

But wait, there’s more!
Clint’s Facebook users thoroughly approved of this story, and were keen to share their own:
“While putting on my bathing suit at the ymca bathroom I surveyed my butt in the mirror to which my then 4-year-old daughter said ‘well mom – it’s a big one. But it’s nice,’ to which the entire locker room exploded in laughter,” one mum posted.
“My daughter was having a tough time in the restroom. Grunting and groaning and pushing … So much so that the lady in the next stall started to giggle,” another mum commented. “In that exact moment, my daughter became keenly aware that she was making so much noise and decided to disguise” the grunts. All of the sudden she throws her head back and howls ‘coyoooooote’. Everyone in the restroom lost it.”
“My daughter asked someone in another stall to ‘please courtesy flush’ because it was really ‘stinky’. She was 2,” someone else posted.
