Keeping Up With The Kardashians will feature footage of new mum, Khloé, in the delivery room, an updated program preview confirms.

Welcoming True

You may already know that Khloé gave birth under even more pressure than your average labouring mum.

Khloé’s partner, Tristan Thompson, was categorically confirmed to be cheating on her during the final days of her pregnancy. Khloé went into labour soon after – and who knows, possibly because of the shock of – this horrible, real-life plot twist.

The preview – shared on Kim Kardashian’s Instagram account – shows lot of highlights from this season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The final scene sees Khloé in a hospital bed, closing her eyes, gritting her teeth, ready to push her baby girl, True, out. (below)

(As an aside, isn’t it interesting that these women seem to labour lying down? You’d think they’d be totally down with more active birth, but apparently no.)

“The things I can control”

It’s not clear who attended the birth, as yet, but we’re sure future episodes (today’s or next week’s perhaps) will reveal all. What we do know is that Khloé’s mum, Kris Jenner, and her sisters rushed to be by her side.

“The things I can control, I have to be able to control,” a labouring Khloé says in the clip’s voiceover.“I hope everyone gets here in time.”

Was Tristan there?

Khloé’s consistently taken the high road as this cheating scandal unfolded. We suspect she did so during her birth too, probably having her baby’s dad on hand to witness their child’s first moments.

That said, perhaps “the things I can control” refers to her NOT allowing Tristan in the delivery room?

Time – and KUWTK – will tell.

In the mean time, we’ll leave you with this brilliant clip of Khloe, Kim and Kourtney’s ex, Scott Disick, doing pregnancy yoga together. You’re welcome.
