Prince George and Princess Charlotte popped up in a wedding party over the weekend, and their outfits and behaviour could not have been more delightful.

Cute alert!

Reprising the now very familiar roles they played at Meghan and Harry’s wedding, George was a page boy and Charlotte flower girl at Kate’s dear friend Sophie Carter’s wedding. Sophie is Charlotte’s godmother. She grew up near Kate – and once dated Prince William’s Thomas van Straubenzee bestie (who is also one of Charlotte’s godparents.)

On Saturday, Sophie got married. Not to Thomas, but to the more cosily-named Robert Snuggs. The little royals were on hand to help celebrate at St Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Norfolk. Baby Prince Louis stayed at home, but Kate and William were on hand.

Gregarious George

A more gregarious George appeared to be sporting a slightly shorter hair-cut and was photographed thoroughly enjoying the very fancy day. Charlotte appeared a little more reserved, enjoying plenty of bolstering cuddles from her mama, as well as the bride-y godmother.

People Magazine reports, “George is a real star, quite the little chap. He was having a great time, running around like the leader of the pack.”

The three bridesmaids and four page boys were dressed by favourite royal kids wear label Amaia Kids. The girls wore blue-trimmed, ivory linen dresses and floral headdresses. The boys were dressed in blue knickerbockers, matching blue cummerbunds and white linen shirts. Duchess Kate re-wore a blue Catherine Walker coat, matching blue lace frock, and a headdress by Juliette Millinery.
