Pink’s daughter pulls out her own wobbly tooth – for a tidy $100
If there’s one thing we know about Carey Hart and Pink, it’s that they are raising their daughter to be a strong, independent thinker.
“Best money I ever spent”
It seems that strength extends to putting her seven-year-old body on the line, with Carey revealing young Willow was up for the challenge of yanking her very wobbly tooth out – for the right price!
“Willz is gonna be the next major investment banker,” Carey Hart captioned the shot of his daughter hiding a fresh bill in one hand and a fresh tooth in the other. “We settled on 100 bucks for 1 shot at pulling her tooth out. Was the best money I ever spent …”

It’s clear that this famous dad is super proud of his little girl. He recently shared his thoughts on not only her newly purple hair but also on how she was growing into a brilliant (and feisty) wee human.
“She is becoming such a strong, smart, sensitive, little girl,” he posted on Instagram. “I’m so proud of everything you are and I enjoy every moment we are together. Even when you are giving me a hard time!”
Pink celebrates the strength and differences in her daughter too, although she admits it can take a little work.
“She processes differently than I do and it’s teaching me a lot about how to deal with people. I process out loud. She does it inside and it scares me a little, but I have to let her go through her process.”
Silver platter
Willow’s tooth-pulling windfall delighted many fans, who praised the down-to-earth dad Carey Hart on his character-building toothy challenge. But others thought this was a little … privileged and that $100 seemed like a LOT for a little girl.
“$100 for a tooth!!! Bloody hell! That’s just setting kids up to expect everything on a silver platter in life!” one person posted.
“You’re setting the bar pretty high for the rest of us,” another scolded.
“Oh, to be rich. How nice,” someone else whined.
Tooth shaming wars?
It’s not the first time pricey teeth – and the Tooth Fairy – have raised eyebrows of late. A few weeks ago Em Rusciano chatted about that time the Tooth Fairy exchanged $50 for her daughter’s fallen tooth, and honestly, she could not have cared less about people’s objections. #GoodForHer!
“Sometimes the tooth fairy is a bit hungover and she forgets to take the tooth so then there’s the guilt money,” Em admitted. “One year, I remember [the tooth fairy] left a pineapple for Marchella. A $50 note!”
Carey’s next-level tooth intervention has totally vindicated Em’s previous champion effort. For one, it outranks it in the spendy stakes and ALSO – it involved a dare and a kid pulling out her tooth for money. Savage! Em must be SO relieved the heat is off …! #OrNot
