Hilary Duff admits her adventurous baby “loves germs” (and the dog’s water!)
Hilary Duff is mum to a seven-year-old son named Luca and an eight-month-old daughter named Banks, with her little girl born at home back in October after a longer-than-she-expected labour.

The former Lizzy McGuire star is now engaged to Banks’ daddy Mathew Koma and from all accounts things are going pretty swimmingly for this cute crew.
Hilary just shared a little more about what life with Banks is like, noting that it’s deliciously grubby and her daughter is a sweet little mess-loving live wire.
“Second babies love germs,” Hilary confirmed in the caption on some stories featuring Banks recently. The videos show the wee girl adventuring through life during what looks like a very determined and excited ‘getting into everything’ phase.
The adorable bub started crawling a couple of weeks ago and it seems she is delighted to be mobile and loving exploring her environment.
In one clip, for instance, Banks heads straight for her mum’s (very healthy, very green) drink.
“What do you see? You see my green juice!” Hilary says as her baby dips her whole hand straight into the juice.
“You just put your hand in dirt and now you just put your dirt hand in my green juice!” the Younger alum laughs.
Another set of stories shows Banks happily splashing about in the dog’s water bowl. Because it’s summer in the US and why wouldn’t you want to cool off?!

And speaking of summer, Hilary revealed that in between diving into drinks and swimming in dog bowls, Banks has also been working on her beach body. It’s a busy baby life, right?
She shared this very cute photo of her daughter (below) showing her beating the heat in a fetching ensemble of rainbow-adorned tank top with animal print leggings.
