These amazing marine creature-themed lights are perfect for little explorers
If your kiddo is the kind to be transfixed by David Attenborough’s documentaries, found knee-deep in rock pools or obsessed with spotting creatures in the wild, zoo or aquarium then these gorgeous lights might be their nursery dream come true.

They’re crafted by Amsterdam-based design studio Vasili Lights and are a brilliant and beautiful lighting choice for families who are tired of the same old looks.
With shades (see what we did there?!) of the Nordic seaside and the oceans’ many bioluminescent creatures, each gorgeous piece combines clever architectural nouse with nature-inspired details. The lampshades come in five different designs: the turtle, the dolphin, the fish, the octopus, and the jellyfish.
They also come in different colours and you can choose from two styles – the “Lampshade” is made with large cut-outs that show the bulb inside, and the “Lantern” features small perforations that create a soft glow.
The lampshades are handcrafted without glue or other adhesives from an innovative material called kraft paper fabric. They are translucent, washable and biodegradable, the kraft paper fabric proving an eco-conscious and sustainable alternative to leather that is every bit as sturdy and resilient.
