Bust open the piggy bank because there are Bluey BOOKS now!
Hot on the heels of the announcement that Bluey toys are set to hit the aisle of your local shops, there’s even more brilliant news about this popular pup.
Cheese and crackers!
It’s just been revealed that the first three books in a Bluey book series are on the way, thanks to a collaboration between Bluey’s makers and Penguin Books.
“Sticker books and story time,” the official Bluey Instagram account captioned a matching photo of the new series.
“Bluey books are coming to stores on the 5th November! We’re excited that books will be ready soon for families around Australia who love #bluey.”
Bluey is the best
Fans were super excited that they could add Bluey to their bedtime – or any time – routine! It’s fair to say that this lovely pup family have captured the hearts of lots of families.
“We’ll have one of each please. Bluey is the best show for the whole family,” one follower posted under this exciting Penguin Books news.
“My kids will be so happy, we all loved Bluey!” another parent wrote.
“YESSSSSSSS! We are Bluey obsessed in our house,” someone else wrote, in obvious delight.
Bluey continues her world domination, as she’s going to pop up on screens across the globe.
“Bluey’s going to Disney,” the Bluey folk revealed on Insta last week.
“As well as ABC in Australia, Bluey will now be screening and streaming world-wide on Disney Junior and Disney+ later this year. Thank you for all your love, support and word of mouth. We hope the world loves Bluey as much as we do in Australia. Love you to tell your overseas friends.”
Disney’s Jane Gould, says there’s something very special about Bluey (and we agree!)
“The warmth and authenticity of Bluey’s family dynamic is what first captured our interest in the show. Bluey reminds us all of our own families, and it plays out the small but emotionally epic dramas of day-to-day life in surprising, heartfelt and very funny ways that will engage children and parents alike. We’re excited to introduce Bluey and her family to our audiences across the world.”
