Kylie Jenner has jam-packed a lot into her life (so far!) She’s starred in a reality TV show called Keeping Up With The Kardashians for half of her life.

The Life of Kylie

She’s welcomed her first child – one-year-old Stormi with boyfriend Travis Scott (and is working on another as we speak!)

She’s launched a beauty company that made her the world’s youngest self-made billionaire – according to Forbes.

And she’s battled through a huge relationship bust-up very publicly when she cut ties with longtime best friend and housemate Jordyn Woods over her clandestine relationship with her sister Khloé’s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson. #phew!

All this has weighed heavily on the popular KarJenner sister and she’s just shared a little more about how her very exposed and crazily fast-tracked life has impacted her mental health.

“I’ve lost myself”

An emotional Instagram post reveals that Kylie finds herself in a good place now, but that life’s been challenging in lots of ways – and she’s keen to be frank about that.

“I’m proud of myself, my heart, and my strength. growing up in the light with a million eyes on you just isn’t normal,” Kylie wrote.

“I’ve lost friends along the way and I’ve lost myself too sometimes. My first tattoo was ‘sanity’ to remind myself everyday to keep it.”

“I’ve struggled with anxiety my whole young adult life and after my baby I dealt with all the internal ups and downs,” Kylie continued. “I felt like I had to find myself completely again.”

“I keep a whole lot to myself but just wanted to share and let you know I’m human. my life is not perfect and what you see here on social media is just the surface.”

“Be gentle with yourself,” she urged followers. “Move on, and let go. We are all capable of great things, worthy of love, and allowed to express ourselves. do more of what makes you happy and be unapologetic. now is your season.”

“We all need to hear this”

Kylie’s family, friends and followers were quick to offer their support and give the young mum props for being so vulnerable.

“Amen sweet sister!!!! I am proud of you always,” Khloé Kardashian commented in response.

“I am proud of you. Let it out,” Kourtney Kardashian wrote under the post.

Sister Kim just shared a bunch of supportive sparkles (which is apparently a thing!) –  “✨✨✨”

Even Hailey Bieber piped up to cheer Kylie on. – “Amen mama!! Keep speaking on it! Your mind is too beautiful to keep these things to yourself, we all need to hear this.”
