Actor and WWE wrestler Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnston became a dad again recently, and has just proven he’s achieved expert level in the baby daddy stakes.
The Rock shared a photo of himself, down on one knee and feeding his hungry partner Lauren Hashian, while Lauren in turn breastfeeds their newborn baby girl.
“I’ll handle this business. Mama has her hands full nursing/feeding Baby Tia, so I’m feedin’ mama her dinner. My pleasure,” The Rock posted.
“So much respect to her and all mamas out there holding it down and running things. Just landed and good to get all my girls settled in. Now, I gotta go satisfy my own appetite.”
Good work, Dwayne! While some might think this is virtue signalling, we’re all for an overt display of taking care of business – and looking after the mum of new bubs in delicious and kind ways. We’re happy to see much, much more of this – regardless of the motivation!
Dwayne and singer-songwriter Lauren met back in 2006, on the set of the film The Game Plan.
Their first little girl, Jasmine, was born in December 2015 and Dwayne is also dad to a teenage daughter, 16-year-old Simone (with first wife, Dany Garcia.)
Baby Tiana was born on April 17, with The Rock noting he was proud of his strong daughter – and his brilliant partner who pushed a whole human out of her body.
“Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world,” he posted on Instagram, beside a photo of his newborn daughter. “Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama labored and delivered like a true rockstar … after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial – and all mamas and women out there.”
