Get someone to buy you a newspaper on the day your baby is born. When they’re older they’ll love to flick through it and see what current affairs were happening back then – just remember to keep it somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight. Another option is to keep a magazine or two as well – from the week or month your baby is born.
