When we have babies or small children sleep can be a challenge. For both us and them. It can also be hard to know how to navigate our way through things like fussy eating or tantrums. Helpline is here to guide you through the more choppy waters of parenting. On this episode sleep consultant Jo Ryan helps with the following issues:

  • A two-and-a-half-year-old who has regressed in his toilet training
  • A two-and-a-half-year-old who is refusing to eat dinner
  • A 15-month-old who is waking in the night for a feed and cuddle
  • A two-year-old who has stopped self-settling
  • An almost two-year-old who is a night time escape artist
  • Whether a five-year-old is ready for school next year
  • A 16-month-old waking frequently through the night
