Pink’s “embarrassing” move at her daughter’s birthday party is actual mum goals

Pink and Carey Hart’s daughter Willow has just turned eight (can you believe it?!) and the family headed to a sort of acrobatic facility – called a free running and parkour training centre – to celebrate.

Setting the bar high for mums

Pink shared a clip of herself balancing on a high bar and then launching herself into the foam-packed pit below, and it’s clear she’s busted out this move more than once.

Daughter Willow – who can be seen looking on in the clip – was apparently less than impressed, as Pink revealed in her caption.

“When mom embarrasses you at your own birthday party,” she wrote. “Thanks @tmpstacademy for the best birthday party ever, and thanks Instagram for knowing exactly what leggings I needed to buy.”

“When your mom is Pink! Damn it!! I wish I was this embarrassing,” one fan commented.

“So strong. I’m mesmerized,” another wrote.

“Happy birthday Willow,” one follower posted. “I’m sure you’re not embarrassed, not many mums would attempt that and pull it off.”

“Baby girl”

In an earlier tribute to Willow, Pink shared a throwback album of her as a young mum cuddling her newborn.

“Willow Sage,” Pink wrote. “There are no words for this feeling, this love, this gratitude, this wonder. Happy Birthday Baby Girl.”

The photos she shared are gorgeous and perfectly capture those first-time-mum feels.

“I love you so much that it hurts”

Pink was not the only one to post a birthday message for Willow. Her hubby Carey Hart posted his own emotional tribute to his daughter – and his wife.

“Happy 8th b day to my daughter Willow,” Carey wrote on Instagram beside a photo of beaming father and daughter.

“I love you so much that it hurts. I enjoy every day we have together, even the days I wanna squeeze you. You are growing into an amazing lil person and I’m so proud of you.”

“Love you to the moon, around it 10 million times, and back. You cooked a good one mama @pink.”
