If you have a little Woody fan with a birthday coming up, make all of his (or her!) ‘the toys are alive’ dreams come true by throwing them a Toy Story party!

Here’s some inspo.

The cake

Make the centrepiece of your Toy Story party on theme and include some of the key characters on the cake. You can go all out with marzipan and mould them, or simply plonk a Woody, Buzz, Little Bo Peep, Forky or Mr Potato Head on top.

We LOVE this one by Cake Fetish featuring Forky!

The party food

Thrill little party-goers with Toy Story food. Here are some ideas:

The fun

The beauty of Forky is that he’s so easy to make, so naturally, you should have a ‘make a Forky’ craft table set up with plastic forks, some googly eyes and pipe cleaners. Crafty Kids Parties has made this idea even more kid-friendly by making a Spoony instead of sharp-pronged Forky.

A cowboy or dinosaur pinata is perfect for a Toy Story party.

The decorations

Think Woody colours, a Toy Story banner, toys – everything in the toy box placed here and there, balloons and streamers to decorate your home.

We love the scene created here with brown and orange balloons and a sky blue backdrop for photos of the day.
