With only four ingredients and absolutely no cooking required, it’s the safest, easiest Easter treat you can make. Enjoy!

Coconut bunny tails recipe

Makes 9 balls

Ingredients

  • 60g cream cheese
  • 1½ cups icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup shredded coconut

Method

Step 1: Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.

Step 2: Add icing sugar and beat until combined.

Step 3: Add vanilla essence and fold in until combined.

Step 4: To roll into balls, wet your hands first, then roll a desert spoon of mixture into a 3cm ball. Continue until you have used all the mixture.

Step 5: Roll each ball carefully in the shredded coconut.

Step 6: Place the balls into the fridge for 30 minutes to allow them to firm up slightly.
