10 Christmas ornaments that are begging to be on your family’s tree
At my house I try to buy at least one or two new ornaments each year at Christmas time. Not only is this a really nice way to get in the festive mood, it’s a nice tradition AND a great way to build up your collection of fancy decorations.
I tell my kids that they can divvy them all up when I die – which admittedly is not that celebratory – but in this throwaway society, there’s something lovely about gathering heirlooms. Especially when they’re attached to a special holiday time of the year!
I had a bit of a peep about to see what’s around this Christmas and chose some ornaments that are both kid and adult appealing, for your consideration.
Of course, if you follow the links you will helpfully happen upon a whole bunch of other ornaments too. I’ve also made sure that these are priced to suit all kinds of budgets. You’re so welcome.
Also – hot tip? Most retailers discount their fancy decorations on Boxing Day and it’s a great time to pick up a few extras for your collection.
Now let’s get started! Here’s some decorations that would be very happy on your 2019 tree …
