More edible rainbows

After our post on the stunning Super Epic Rainbow Cake, I’m fairly certain its fabulousness has been rolled out at birthday parties across Australia – we certainly had enough readers report that they were taking up the baking challenge.

If you want a rainbow on the table but baking is not your forte, perhaps consider the equally colourful rainbow pancakes. They’re certainly bright and really, what kid can’t do with a bit of food colouring for breakfast?!

For all the clever-clogs that have already mastered the original rainbow cake, why not ramp it up with a rainbow cake that explores ‘shades’ of colour. I’m easily impressed when it comes to birthday cakes but this one is truly mind boggling.
