Awareness about mental health has increased in the last decade, and most adults know they need to take care of their own mental wellbeing. We’ve come a long way in understanding the impact the environment and relationships have on mental health.  

But just how far have we come?  

Associate Professor Brigid Jordan is a National Board Member for the Australian Association for Infant Mental Health.

She talks about why we need to include babies and small children when we talk about mental health, and how to make sure we’re looking after them well.
