But how much protection is good, and when does it cross over into holding our children back?

CEO of CPR Kids Sarah Hunstead is a former paediatric nurse and mother of two. She believes that risk is an essential part of childhood, but that as parents we need to know how to patch them up.

Sarah explains some basic first aid skills we all need, and where the line in the sand exists between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ risk.
