When it comes to preparation for birth, it’s fair to say that most of the information targets mums. But dads are expected to be more involved than ever before and yet the existing system is letting them down,  according to new research conducted by the non-profit group, Healthy Male.

The findings outlined in their Plus Paternal report, show that we need to do more to help dads both before and after birth.

CEO of Healthy Male, Simon von Saldern and dad Adam Tardif talk about where the holes are in the system and what can be done to give dads a better start to parenting.
