There are a lot of different ways you could try and encourage your child to eat well, but a new book has decided to get straight to the point.

There’s a Zoo in my Poo is a collaboration between Professor Felice Jacka, a world expert in the field of nutritional psychiatry and gut health and Rob Craw, her partner and a teacher.

The book tells the story of our gut health in an easy-to-understand way, while encouraging children to look after the healthy bacteria in their bodies.

Felice explains the link between gut health and mood, and why she thinks kids will embrace the message of the book.

The book is on sale from July 28, you can pre order a copy here.
