Antoinette Lattouf (on Twitter @antoinette_news) is a successful journalist at Network 10, Director of Media Diversity Australia and an Ambassador for the Gidget Foundation.

She is also a second-generation Australian, with parents who fled the civil war in Lebanon.

Antoinette talks about the legacy of intergenerational trauma, and how it made her struggle with PND so much harder.
