How to give children hope when it comes to climate change

It’s been a heavy year. You could be forgiven for retreating within your own four walls and just concentrating on getting through the day. But while we’ve been in lockdown climate change has continued apace. It’s something that our children are very aware of, and something that impacts their future. Polly Marsden is a mum, script-writer and author of The Bushfire Book. Now she’s written The Australian Climate Change Book to help children understand climate change, and to give them a sense of power and hope for the future.

Polly talks about how she was able to write a book about climate change with hope, and the small ways children can feel like they’re making a difference.
