Khloé Kardashian defends Tristan after their messy split: “He’s a good dad”
Khloé Kardashian has taken to social media to praise her baby’s father in the wake of the couple’s very public split.
“Wish you were here”
Last week it was suggested that Khloé is “extremely upset” with Thompson because he’s proving to be a fairly absent father.
Khloé seemed to confirm these reports via Instagram, sharing an image of the couple’s 11-month-old baby girl wearing a t-shirt that read “wish you were here”.
So when a loyal fan sent a message to Khloé on Twitter, voicing her support for the now single mum, her response surprised everyone.
Khloé tweeted back telling fans that Tristan was doing a great job and vowing to not involve their daughter in the drama that was unfolding between the pair.

“Keep ya head up”
“Hunny keep raising your daughter the best way you know how,” the fan tweeted. “All she needs is her mom. You’re doing great. Keep ya head up.”
“Thank you love!” was Khloé’s response. “You’re so very sweet. But he is a good dad to her. My sweet and special baby True will NEVER be put in the middle of him and I. I can promise that.”
Khloé fans loved hearing that she’s so determined to keep True out of the break-up mess. They liked her tweet by the hundreds over the weekend.

“Very wise,” one wrote. “It is always best to keep the child close to both parents despite circumstances. True is lucky to have you. And you will have the kind of happiness that brings peace to your heart. Stay strong, Khloé!”
“My son’s dad and I went through the same thing,” another wrote. “Trust me it gets better. Focus on maintaining a good co-parenting relationship for now.”
It seems that this is exactly what Khloé plans to do.
“I have to move on with my life & count my blessings,” Khloé wrote on Twitter earlier this month. “My family, my health, & my beautiful baby True.”
