Kanye West reinvents himself as a smiley dad and wait, what?
It’s a day of happy mum and dad news, as the Duchess of Cambridge welcomes her third child, The Rock is a dad again AND notoriously earnest Kanye West is captured beaming at the brood he shares with Kim Kardashian!
Beaming Mr West
Kim shared the above photo on her Instagram account early Tuesday and we’ve got to say it stopped us in our tracks. Not only are we pretty impressed with the private jet situation, we’re kind of living for the new incarnation of Mr West.
Yep. In a development we had not anticipated, beaming Kanye has busted out a very sincere “smize” and Instagram followers were totally here for it.
“Whenever Kanye smiles you know that’s a moment to admire,” one wise sage commented.
“Look at how he looks at them. So cute,” another person wrote.
“Yay!!!! Kanye smiling!!!!!” someone else enthused and we have to say we felt exactly the same way.

It’s also worth noting that once again we have North West sassing up the family photo album with an exaggerated version of her mum’s look. Her brother Saint is warming up his pearly whites in sympathy with his dad.
Baby Chicago, pictured for the second time with her family on her proud dad’s lap, appears to be caught in a time warp. She’s still doing the now superseded “earnest Kanye face”. Perhaps she did not get the memo? We’re giving her a newborn pass.

It’s not clear where the family were off to, but we’re hoping it’s Cleveland where Khloé Kardashian is bunkered down with her newborn daughter True. Baby True was born just under two weeks ago, in the midst of an upsetting cheating scandal involving her dad, Tristan Thompson.
US Weekly are reporting that Khloé is concentrating on building a bond with her newborn – and encouraging the same between Tristan and True – and leaning on her sisters and Mum for much-needed support.
“She is absolutely not even thinking about her relationship with Tristan,” Us reports. “The primary concern Khloé has is that Tristan and True are bonding.”
Khloé’s been sporadically updating her social media and her blog with her thoughts on motherhood, most recently sharing a story about the faith-based books she looks forward to reading her baby.
