10 essential breastfeeding hacks all new mums need to know
It can take quite some time to find your way around breastfeeding, especially if you are a first-time mum.

1. Cross your arms and press to stop a leaky "let down" in its tracks
If you feel your milk start to “let down” and you’re not in a position to feed your baby then and there, applying pressure against your boob/s will help stop milk leaking.
You can do this without anyone noticing by crossing your arms across your chest and pushing them inward. (Kind of like hugging your boobs!)
