It can take quite some time to find your way around breastfeeding, especially if you are a first-time mum.
Luckily you’ve got the Babyology brains trust at the ready. Here’s 10 of our favourite ways to make feeding your baby just that little bit easier, more pleasurable and more fun!
1. Cross your arms and press to stop a leaky "let down" in its tracks
If you feel your milk start to “let down” and you’re not in a position to feed your baby then and there, applying pressure against your boob/s will help stop milk leaking.
You can do this without anyone noticing by crossing your arms across your chest and pushing them inward. (Kind of like hugging your boobs!)
