It’s time for a look at all the beautiful shoes we’ve come across this winter for little feet. From something fancy to footwear for every day, there’s a winter shoe here to keep every kind of kid-sized tootsy warm, whatever the occasion. Let’s take a look.

Vibys handmade baby shoes Etsy

First label is Vibys (pictured above), which has an enormous range of amazing baby shoes. Each pair is handmade to order and the detail on them is incredible – some even have beads and crystals individually sewn on!

Then comes some shiny little leather numbers from Emel Shoes. I particularly love the shiny spotty boots. Emel Shoes has been hand making baby and toddler shoes in Europe for 20 years and each is designed specifically with the needs of new walkers in mind.

And while we’re on shiny, it’d be a crime to go past the gorgeous little Marching Boots (picture below) from Sienna Baby. The boots, as you can see, have the most striking gold detail on them. My daughter has a pair so I can vouch for the quality. All Sienna Baby shoes are made from extremely soft leather, they are supportive for young feet and are super duper fashionable. There are a heap of other styles to choose from too.

Coolis shoes for the colourful Portugal

These next shoe labels have a bit of a classic feel – and sizes for toddlers and young school goers. Portuguese mums Tania Oliveira and Natasha Perry have managed to link their love of colour, kids’ shoes and a desire to help grow Portugal’s shoe industry in their new company Coolis. Originally only making Mary Jane-style shoes, they recently released unisex Oxfords in three modern colours for boys and girls. They’re definitely work a look.

clotaire-mary-jane

And now to Clotaire, which has shoes that are beyond amazing. The collection is brimming with European style while remaining colourful and fun. All Clotaire shoes are made in Portugal from the softest of Italian leathers, including the lining, and most styles are topped off with waterproofing.

Kids Kreed_3

The third classic collection is from Kids Kreed, a big new name in Australian designer footwear. Kids Kreed have just released the Monaco, a comfortable and classy line of children’s loafers. The European-inspired design is available in tan, navy, cracked white and pale metallic pink and is handmade from soft leather (with a rubber sole).

moccs made with love_4

If you’re a fan of the adorable moccasin style baby and toddler shoes that are all the rage at the moment then you’re going to love, love, love Moccs Made With Love. It has an enormous – and completely adorable – range of baby moccasins. Plain, fringed, tassled or with bows; you name it, this company has it. Made from genuine Italian leather, each shoe is handmade in Melbourne.

amy-$-ivor-box

Amy and Ivor is another gorgeous moccasin label, from England. A fuss-free (yet totally cute) label, the shoes come in two great designs – urban and traditional – and a variety of vibrant colours.

jack-and-lily-shoes-2

Canadian brand Jack and Lily (pictured above and at top of post), has a very cute collection. All Jack and Lily shoes have three millimetres of ankle and sole cushioning, and do up with a hook and loop to keep the shoes on little wiggly feet.

Chapter 2 kids' shoes

The husband and wife team behind Chapter 2 believe that luxury isn’t just for grownups. The inspiration for their latest collection was an exhibition by artist Martin Creed, mixed with what Chapter 2 call “a hint of vintage boxing”. The shoes are made from hand painted buffalo leather in dazzling bright colours. The green boots, pictured above, are my particular favourite. Each style in this collection is available in both ankle boot and oxford styles.

poco-nido-shoes

The final two in our roundup are a couple of cute little baby and toddler numbers for staying warm inside. Mini Shoes from Poco Nido are more than sock but less restrictive than a shoe. There are a whopping eighteen different patterns up for offer –from subtle yellow scallops to loud and brash hot pink flamingos – and we love them all!

corduroy-booties

Of course, we couldn’t finish up without mentioning a great pair of slippers. The fleecy soft corduroy slippers from Jen Galaxy look so snug and comfy that you might be able to encourage your little one to let you keep him or her inside on a cold and rainy winter’s day. Not likely, but they’re your best ticket to try!

And that’s it, folks. The latest and greatest in winter shoes for babies and kids. That was fun!
