Sometimes your breakfast needs to come out of its rut. It can be as simple as some new additions and a bit of crunch to make everything feel new again, and that’s just what this twist on an old favourite does.
Sure, you’re probably an old hand at adding banana to Weet-Bix – but what about something out of the box, like kiwifruit? That’s just what we’ve done here, and with a pleasing crunch as well – enjoy!
- 2 Weet-Bix
- ½ banana
- ½ kiwifruit
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
- 140ml milk or milk alternative
- Place Weet-Bix in a bowl and top with banana, kiwifruit and almonds.
- Pour on milk or milk alternative. Enjoy!
