Is anyone else super excited that mango season is finally here? This mango ice cream recipe couldn’t be easier to make and best of all, it’s healthy too!

All you need is frozen mango and banana pieces and in no time at all, you’ll be eating smooth and creamy mango ice-cream. Delicious!

Total time: 10 minutes

Mango ice cream ingredients

  • 300g frozen mango pieces
  • 150g frozen banana pieces


  1. Step 1. Place the frozen mango and banana pieces into a food processor and blitz for 30 seconds to break into small pieces.Mango ice cream step 1
  2. Step 2. Scrape down the sides of your food processor and mix for approximately 1 – 2 minutes or until the ingredients are smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.Mango ice cream step 2
  3. Notes:You can freeze this mango ice cream, simply place it into a freezer safe container.
