Posted in Nutrition.

There’s no more important time in your life to get your nutrition exactly right than when you are a new mum or mum-to-be. But too often healthy eating can feel like a chore or a challenge because of morning sickness or fatigue.

So how excellent is it that MamaCare is available to save the day! A pregnancy nutritional supplement in one delicious daily vanilla shake, MamaCare contains 26 essential nutrients, including Iodine, Folic Acid and easy-on-the-tummy Iron to help meet the increased nutritional needs of conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding. All while helping support baby’s healthy development too.

Made and manufactured in Australia, MamaCare can be less nauseating and easier to take than a multivitamin pill with a high Iron content. In fact, the form of Iron in MamaCare is milder on the gastrointestinal tract than other forms of supplemental iron, which is great news for those with sensitive tums.
