Mum-to-be Khloe Kardashian shares her Sunday pregnancy meal-prep secrets

Khloe Kardashian is expecting a baby girl with her partner, pro basketball star Tristan Thompson and she’s revealed that careful meal prep is a big part of her pregnancy health strategy.
“Forget church!”
“Forget church,” Khloe posted on her Khloe With A K blog. “Your altar is your cutting board (joking, of course): chop, store, chop some more, wash, repeat.”
“Get all your containers for the week packed and soup made. Whatever you have to do to keep your belly constantly full of good-for-you food!”
“We eat what we see”
Copious amounts of water, raw vegetables, nut butter, lean protein, avocados and eggs are mealtime standards at Khloe’s place, with “greens and healthy fats” declared “besties” by the Keeping Up With The Kardashians favourite.
“Not beating myself up”
A stockpile of healthy snacks keeps pregnancy cravings at bay, but Khloe also notes that she’s happy to let things slip a little while she’s growing her and Tristan’s baby.
“During my pregnancy, I’m obviously not beating myself up about what I’m eating at all,” she explained.
“I’m more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I’m going to work off every pound. I’m actually really excited to get my body back. I can’t wait!”
Good Mama
Apart from creating an entire human, Khloe’s been dreaming up a new maternity line, Good Mama, within her hugely successful and inclusive denim brand Good American.
“When I became pregnant and started dressing my bump, I realized that there is such a gap in the market for cute, fashion-forward denim. I am such a denim and bodysuit type of girl so it really hurt my soul that I could not wear a cute pair of jeans while pregnant,” Khloe explained ahead of the launch. “That’s why I decided to create Good Mama.”
It’s such a good idea and kaftan-hating pregnant ladies around the globe are thanking her dearly for it.
