Working from home during the coronavirus pandemic has been a mixed blessing. Once the commute has been removed from the working day, life moves at a smoother pace. There is less rushing, more time for children, exercise and overall wellbeing.

But it has also come with the burden of home schooling and for some, salary sacrifice.

Justine Alter is a psychologist and a co-founder of Transitioning Well, and was campaigning for a more flexible workforce prior to the COVID-19 lockdown.

Justine talks about what employees can expect as we ease back into a new normal.
