Outside the Lines: A new podcast expanding our kids’ artistic horizons

How do you define art? And how does that definition influence the role of art in your life? Chances are it’s quite different to what your kids think, and how they create their own art every day.

A new podcast made by Kinderling Kids Radio in collaboration with the Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA) aims to expand kids’ ideas about what art is and how it is made. Outside the Lines is a ten-part series where children interact with artists featured at QAGOMA. Tamsin Cull, Head of Public Engagement at QAGOMA, explains why this podcast is so important and how it will help change everyone’s idea of what art is.
