Post-childbirth, nothing feels particularly sexy.

You feel tired, joyful and sore … but probably not sexy.

Melony Cherrett is a mum and former dancer who felt such joy dancing as a show girl that she decided to try it for exercise after she’d had kids.

She started an exercise program called Fitesque – a combination of burlesque dancing and fitness that she says brings back the joy of movement and self confidence to parents everywhere.

Melony talks about why Fitesqueis for everyone who wants to feel confident and fit again.
