There’s also running after small children and juggling all the commitments of modern parenting. But Dr Amy Shah doesn’t believe it’s normal to feel tired all the time. Amy is a mum, medical doctor and nutrition expert who has trained at Cornell, Columbia and Harvard Universities.
Her book is called I’m so Effing Tired, and it’s all about resetting your energy levels through what we eat, when we eat and managing our stress levels.
