Here’s what you need to know about postnatal rage

Becoming a parent can turn your world upside down in both good and not-so-good ways. But when we talk about the emotions you can experience, rage doesn’t get mentioned much, if at all.

Rage is defined by the Cambridge dictionary as “(a period of) extreme or violent anger”. Nicole Highet is the CEO of Cope, an organisation that helps new parents manage the more challenging emotions that can come with welcoming a baby into your life.
