Helpline: Toilet training terrors, day naps gone awry and more
Raising small children and babies can be a tough gig. It gets hard when you can’t work out a way through sleepless nights, fussy eating and tantrums. Sometimes it’s a short phase, and at others it feels never ending.
When you’ve had enough it’s time to speak to an expert. This week on Helpline Mothercraft nurse and Parent School expert Chris Minogue answers the following questions:
- A two-and-a-half-year old who is ready for toilet training but terrified of taking off nappy
- A three-year-old having tantrums before bed
- Two-year-old lashing out at other kids
- A 16-month-old who is not transitioning well to one sleep
- A four-month-old who seems to have regressed with their sleep
- A 20-month-old who prefers mum to dad
- A three-and-a-half-year-old who has gone backwards with their sleep
- A two-and-a-half year old still having a bottle before bed
- Toilet training a two-year-old
