Children don’t come with a manual, and books don’t always have the answers you’re trying to find. This week on Helpline in Focus, host Shevonne Hunt speaks to mothercraft nurse Leonie Clements about toddler sleep.

Leonie helped parents with the following challenges:

  • A 2-year-old ‘perfect sleeper’ who has regressed
  • A 1-year-old and 3-and-a-half-year-old who both need their parents to lie next to them as they fall asleep
  • A breastfed toddler who wakes up through the night
  • A 16-month-old who has started waking between midnight and 2am every night.
