Helping children manage lockdown (and remain sane yourself!)
Before lockdown most kids had a variety of things happening in their day.
School, music lessons, dance or sport.
Chances are you had a lot of things going on too.
And while there is a certain beauty in paring things back, it can also lead to tension in the house.
Dr Sarah Hughes is a clinical psychologist at Think Psychology and the author of Parenting Made Simple. She herself has a toddler at home during lockdown.
Sarah gives us her tips on surviving this period, including advice on how to handle boredom and sibling rivalry.
