Kate Browne had a thriving career, a lovely husband and two girls (aged nine and twelve) when she found out that she had breast cancer. In the middle of the devastating diagnosis and confusing treatment options, she had to find the words to be honest with her daughters without causing them too much distress. Because she’s a mum. Kate talks about how she managed her serious health crisis, and the fallout that no one talks about.
